Welcome to the Neighborhood: Dry Storage

If you think Kelly Whitaker and Jeb Breakell’s Italian restaurant, Basta, is good, you’re in for a real treat with their new Boulder bakeshop, Dry Storage.

Located on the Peloton West complex at 3601 Arapahoe Ave., Dry Storage is Boulder’s newest cafe for baked goods, fresh milled flour, specialty coffee, natural wines, weekend bbq, and sandos.

Breakell’s famous matcha-dusted pavlova and his delicious cakes and waffles are fan favorites.

Grab something to go, or sit down and socialize with coworkers and friends over snacks and espresso. The cafe has plenty of seating, as well as a 20-seat community table that doubles as the cafe’s bar and sales counter. Dry Storage is currently open from 9:00AM – 4:00PM, with plans to host cocktail hours and other pop up events for the Boulder community in the future.

Baked goods aren’t the only thing you’ll enjoy here. The menu pulls in some of Basta’s Italian influence and some Japanese ingredients found at The Wolf’s Tailor, Whitaker’s Denver-based restaurant. You can drool over the full Dry Storage menu here.
