At-Home Workouts That Changed Our Lives

As most people will agree, consistency is key. But some days, it’s tough getting to the gym. Some days you’re too busy and cancelling that workout class is necessary. But some days, you have a window of time where you can squeeze in a workout from home— which is why we’ve decided to share our top-three, favorite at-home workouts. The same amount of sweat and intensity you’d find on the outside, but within the comfort of your own living room.

Bands On Bands On Bands

When it comes to exercise and your overall health, it doesn’t need to be complicated. Resistance bands are a great way to get a bang for your buck (we have the sore muscles to prove it). One of our favorite moves is “The Sit”. Start by wrapping your fitness band around your thighs and doing 15 squats (we recommend 4 reps). Keep your knees parallel and your abs activated and you’ll be sweating in 30 seconds flat. You can also use fitness bands to work other parts of your body, including your back and arms! No heavy equipment required!

Who’s the fittest of them all? This new, interactive home gym is changing the workout game and perfect for those who love classroom environments minus all the sweaty people. Yoga is a timeless classic when it comes to working out at home. You’re able to break a sweat while also working on your flexibility. If you want to kick things up a notch you can add a block, a pilates ring, or even weights! There’s also a huge variety of audio/video content online for you to follow-along with, so the options are endless. Our favorite part about it? Getting to walk to the fridge after for a yummy, post-workout snack.
